Set Up and Sync myQ on Apple Watch

Choose consumer myQ or myQ Community for your entrance, check current iPhone and watch compatibility, then follow the matching sync route. Watch support does not establish Siri or Wear OS support.

The answer first

There are official Apple Watch experiences for consumer myQ and myQ Community. Choose by the entrance you control, not by the watch alone.

Check current requirements

The US App Store listings currently require watchOS 11 or later for both apps and iOS 18 or later for their iPhone apps. Check the listing on your own device before relying on an older watch-compatibility article.

Consumer sync: begin with the easy path

Update myQ and sign in; the watch should synchronize. If prompted, open myQ on the phone and use the plus control. Keep the watch nearby. The official fallback locates Apple Watch in settings, reached by a gear or initials depending on the interface.

If the menu is missing

First make sure you are following the consumer guide for the consumer app. The official sync article contains a reinstall sequence, but read it before taking that more disruptive step. Preserve phone access and a backup way in while diagnosing the watch.

Use it deliberately

Choose the correct entrance, stand clear of the moving door, and verify the resulting state. Do not mistake a watch notification for a command result, or tapping an app for Siri voice support.

Questions before you continue

Common questions

Will a cellular watch work without my phone in every situation?

That standalone behavior was not verified. Do not promise it based only on the presence of a watch app.

Why does an older FAQ list an older watchOS version?

Support pages can lag current app releases. Use today’s store compatibility for installation eligibility.
