Nissan

The FAQ names 2025/2026 Kicks, Pathfinder, Rogue, Armada, Leaf and Murano, while the introduction lists fewer vehicles. Confirm model/year/trim/options with NissanConnect; the FAQ is not a guarantee for every configuration.

INFINITI

The official list identifies 2025 QX80 and 2026 QX60, all trims. Do not infer other years.

Plans

Nissan describes five years with the eligible Select package. Check INFINITI InTouch terms separately; Nissan pricing is not an INFINITI entitlement.

Work through the connection

  1. Check vehicle and garage readiness

Confirm the exact vehicle’s service eligibility and that the intended garage works in your mobile myQ account.

    Expected result

The service and garage are both ready.

  2. Open myQ Garage while parked

Power on the vehicle, remain parked, and choose Apps → myQ Garage.

    Expected result

The vehicle displays a linking QR code.

  3. Authorize the account

Scan the QR code on your phone, sign into myQ and authorize the connection. Review and accept the vehicle’s on-screen disclaimer if you agree.

    Expected result

The vehicle receives the account authorization.

  4. Confirm the intended door

Check the garage shown on the display and test safely with the door in sight and the opening clear.

    Expected result

The correct garage appears and responds.

If something does not match

The myQ app is absent in the vehicle

Confirm package activation, trim and model-year eligibility with Nissan or INFINITI. Do not reset the garage to add a missing vehicle app.

An older Rogue or QX60 appears in your search

The search phrase is not an eligibility listing. Verify the actual year; physical HomeLink programming may be the relevant route instead.

Common questions

Is a 2024 Rogue established as compatible here?

No. The retrieved myQ list names 2025/2026 Nissan vehicles. Check NissanConnect for your exact configuration.

How does Nissan unlink?

The Nissan flow uses myQ Garage → Logout. Treat subscription changes and any HomeLink radio programming separately.
